Four Seasons Bodrum

Bodrum, Turkey

A resort where architecture and environment become one to deliver an exquisite guest experience

A Contemporary resort bringing a sophisticated vision of effortless luxury to the shores of the glamourous Turkish Riviera, scape were employed to see through the project from Masterplanning to Detailed Design.

Located on a remote section of the Bodrum Peninsula the site boasts some intrinsic yet challenging terrain to work with. The development of the masterplan was imperative to the success of the resort ensuring the rugged natural beauty of the site was not lost in the placement of buildings and roads.  The hotel, sited at the apex of the site’s peninsular accommodates 125 suites and villas producing a key count of 146keys. From this main arrival and distribution point the buildings are then located in the hillside to resemble an old village layout much like the traditional towns and fishing villages of this stunning coastal region.

In addition there are branded residential units and apartments positioned in the hills beyond and make up 71 keys of 4, 5 & 6 bed villas with generous landscaped gardens, some with direct access to the sea via private mooring points.  32 branded apartment units complement the residential offer of the project with the addition on non-branded residential units sited on the east of the site towards the future marina.
